Tritone Technologies announces partnership with Allendale Machinery Systems

Tritone Technologies, a global company specializing in additive manufacturing technologies for metal and ceramic production, has entered into a strategic partnership with Allendale Machinery Systems. As part of Tritone’s overall expansion strategy in North America, this partnership aims to strengthen regional relationships with established metal fabrication experts.

“We monitor the market constantly for innovations that can help our customers stay competitive in their markets”. says Neil McGill, VP of Operations, Allendale Machinery Systems. “We have had success with polymer 3D printing for several years now and believe Tritone’s MoldJet technology is the right platform to launch into metals. We believe that eliminating loose powder from the metal AM process is an important step forward”.

Tritone’s growing footprint in North America is based on strategic machine installations and distribution partnerships. The collaboration with Allendale Machinery Systems strengthens Tritone’s position as a major player in the US market, offering comprehensive solutions for the efficient production of metal and ceramic components.

“The Allendale team represents 3 generations of customer relationships in their market”, says Ben Arnold, VP Business Development NA, Tritone Technologies. “Customers rely on Allendale to introduce technologies that keep them ahead of their competitors”.

Tritone offers two additive manufacturing systems that use the company’s proprietary MoldJet technology. This innovative, powder-free AM technology enables the industrial production of high-quality metal and ceramic parts at industrial speed. MoldJet is specifically designed to produce large volumes of parts with complex geometries.

With this partnership, Tritone expands its reach and strengthens the integration of its technologies into the North American manufacturing landscape. The Allendale Machinery Systems facilities in New Jersey will play a critical role in providing customized solutions and comprehensive support to local customers.
