Nano Dimension presents new software and material innovations at Formnext 2024

Nano Dimension, a provider of additively manufactured electronics and polymer and ceramic 3D printing solutions, will present its latest developments in software and materials at Formnext in Frankfurt. The company will use the international trade fair to present its growing portfolio in the field of additive manufacturing (AM) and micro AM, with a particular focus on high-precision 3D printing technologies.

At the center of the trade fair presentation is the new version of the Fabrica software, which was specially developed for Nano Dimension’s micro 3D printers. The software version 3.2.0 offers significant improvements in terms of printing speed and efficiency. According to Nano Dimension, up to 70 percent faster printing times in research and development projects and prototyping are possible thanks to the optimized parameters. The update is available free of charge for existing customers, which further increases flexibility and user-friendliness.

Alongside the software innovation, Nano Dimension is presenting a new resin specially developed for DLP 3D printing. The Ataru resin is characterized by its exceptional thermomechanical stability and dielectric properties, which makes it particularly interesting for high-frequency applications such as those required in the aerospace and automotive industries. The resin’s high temperature resistance and low-loss dielectric properties offer new possibilities for industrial applications.

Nano Dimension will also present the Admatec series for ceramic applications. This versatile printer series enables the production of complex high-performance technical ceramics and is designed for high-volume industrial production. At Formnext, Nano Dimension will demonstrate how the Admatec series is used to produce components for semiconductor and process manufacturing.

Visitors to the Nano Dimension stand will also be able to see applications in the fields of medical technology, microfluidics and bio-research, as well as industrial applications such as antennas and tools, which are realized with the company’s new technologies and materials.
