Austrian company Lithoz has strengthened its position as the world’s leading supplier of ceramic 3D printers in 2022, according to a new study by analysts at VoxelMatters.
In terms of both revenue and the number of systems sold and 3D printers installed worldwide, Lithoz is once again No. 1 with its DLP technology-based CeraFab systems, according to the report. Overall, DLP technology for technical ceramics clearly dominates the market.
Lithoz was able to sell the most systems in 2022 with its CeraFab Lab L30, CeraFab S65 and CeraFab S25 models. Overall, the number of Lithoz systems installed worldwide is the highest.
The company is considered a pioneer in ceramic 3D printing. According to forecasts, DLP systems will continue to retain a market share of around 75% in this segment. The market is expected to grow nearly 20-fold by 2030.
At Formnext, Lithoz plans to showcase its latest developments, including the CeraFab Multi 2M30 for multi-material printing, which will be on display for the first time. Lithoz is thus consolidating its innovation leadership in ceramic 3D printing.
