Interspectral integrates EOS printer data into analysis software

The company Interspectral has integrated EOSCONNECT data from EOS 3D printers into its AM Explorer analysis software. According to the company, this gives EOS customers one-click access to comprehensive process data from their printers in AM Explorer.

AM Explorer is a platform-independent 3D visualization software for additive manufacturing. It creates a digital twin that combines data from design, simulation, process monitoring and component analysis.

According to Interspectral CEO Isabelle Hachette, the new integration significantly simplifies quality assurance for EOS customers and eliminates data silos. Customers can now seamlessly combine print data with other information and analyze it interactively.

EOS emphasizes the open interfaces and support for developers that make such solutions possible. According to user reports, AM Explorer has already reduced manual inspection work by over 50%.

Interspectral follows a vendor-independent approach to enable customers to make the best possible use of their AM processes. The integration for EOS will be demonstrated at the Formnext trade fair. It is available to all AM Explorer users.
