Bosch and 3Dmensionals to showcase industrial 3D printers at Formnext

3D printing reseller 3Dmensionals has announced a partnership with Bosch Industrial Additive Manufacturing. Together, they are launching a new type of additive manufacturing 3D printer that can process pellets.

The pellet 3D printer is expected to open up new possibilities in additive manufacturing, according to 3Dmensionals. It can print parts with high carbon fiber content and complex structures. Pellet processing also allows for lower material costs.

Bosch and 3Dmensionals will present the printer for the first time at the Formnext trade show. According to 3Dmensionals managing director Vincent Brinkmann, the 3D printer can process a wide variety of granulates, even with high filling degrees.

Visitors can view the printer at the 3Dmensionals and Bosch booths. It will also be on display in the 3Dmensionals showroom in Cologne. There, 3D printing experts will provide advice on the device.
