AM Efficiency presents the CCP-20 Megadrum: Automated post-processing for large 3D prints

AM Efficiency, known for its post-processing solutions in the field of 3D printing, has unveiled its latest development: the CCP-20 Megadrum. This machine has been specially developed to efficiently clean larger 3D prints or to process larger batches simultaneously. AM Efficiency is thus taking a significant step towards the automation of post-processing processes that were previously often manual and time-consuming.

The CCP-20 Megadrum is designed to automate the post-processing process for common additive manufacturing technologies such as SLS (Selective Laser Sintering), MJF (Multi Jet Fusion) and SAF (Selective Absorption Fusion). This leads to shorter production times, improved quality of the end products and a reduction in energy costs. At the same time, the working environment is made more ergonomic and safer due to the reduced manual workload.

The market launch of the CCP-20 is expected in September 2024, giving users the opportunity to further optimize their production processes this year. The machine promises to usher in a new era of automated post-processing, particularly for larger 3D prints, which were previously processed almost exclusively manually.
