Roboze at Formnext – The Mosaic Takes Shape

It’s only been a year since the first edition of Formnext Frankfurt, the most important European international trade fair dedicated to the world of additive manufacturing. On that occasion the Roboze presented, a beta version of its new revolutionary second FFF industrial 3D printer model – Roboze One + 400 for advanced applications.

The manufacturer was not new in surprising its market in the field of innovative and real solutions thought for its end users. Roboze, in fact, presented itself as a market leader and technology innovator with unique solutions that offer new and exciting benefits.

The first innovation is related to the mechatronics movement of the X and Y axes, known in the world as “Beltless System”, which sees the replacement of an indirect method with drive belts, toward a direct system, typical in the mechanical, with a pair of helical racks in contact with the pinion. This insight leads end users to have calculated accuracies and repeatability of the printed parts – crucial when it comes to small series.

Roboze in this year, and since its first appearance on the stage of 3D printers, has always aimed its sights and its resources on materials engineering. From this Roboze One + 400 born – industrial printer dedicated to high level of additive manufacturing, able to print with precision and high quality, 13 types of super-performance materials. Among these examples are PEEK, PEI, the Carbon Pa (nylon reinforced with carbon fiber), the ABS-ESD which are aim to offer large high technological companies the ability to dramatically change their manufacturing processes by producing end use parts. roboze_peek_waterpump3

We at Roboze have an intense relationship with the market. We recognized that more than anything else, companies, and professionals in general, needed a comprehensive tool, which gave way to see realized their ideas in a functional way, with special and particular mechanical, thermal or chemical proprieties for each individual “says Ilaria Guicciardini, Roboze Marketing Manager. “Giving an intuitive and fully versatile tool, as well as accessible in the price, was the need that we have recognized and confirmed during the Formnext 2015. The race of digitizing manufacturing with 3D-printing is on, Roboze will be there to provide the most innovative solutions which are based on high thermoplastic materials.”

It is in fact on that occasion that the Roboze team collected the market rumors thereby boosting its 3D printing solution. Since that time, the company distribution infrastructure has been growing fast when in just one year the manufacturer was able to find trade agreements in almost all EMEA region, thanks also the joining of Gil Lavi in the team, VP Global Sales & Development of Roboze, with decades of experience in the industry. News recently is that Roboze solutions stepped over the continent coming to India.

The Roboze expansion seems unstoppable and large customers such as Elbit Systems, Israeli multinational company in the field of defense, and  MAG (Mecaer Aviation Group), Italian group with global footprint in delivering luxury helicopters, have chosen Roboze One + 400 for developing and manufacturing their products.

The second edition of Formnext will bring us new confirmation and new stimuli to design and produce one of the most innovative FFF 3D printing technology in the market today, with a clear focus on solutions for additive manufacturing applications. We look forward engaging the market at the show”, concludes Guicciardini.

Roboze will present and demonstrate its professional Desktop and Industrial 3D printing solutions in booth K28, introducing real end use parts made by the company’s customers from Aviation, motor racing, Engineering and other heavy industries.
